Dave is a professional and experienced chef with a successful career in golf resorts, clubs, restaurants, hotels, and bistros. Some of his impressive past roles include Head Pastry Chef at The Titanic Hotel and Head Chef at Marco Pierre White, DoubleTree Chester – now he’s bringing all that sk

Dave is a professional and experienced chef with a successful career in golf resorts, clubs, restaurants, hotels, and bistros. Some of his impressive past roles include Head Pastry Chef at The Titanic Hotel and Head Chef at Marco Pierre White, DoubleTree Chester – now he’s bringing all that skill and passion back home.
But that’s not all - he’s also a proud dad and grandad, who grew up right here in Runcorn. Being able to provide a service in his hometown means the world to him.
When he’s not creating delicious dishes, Dave enjoys fishing and fun fact: he even broke the record for the world’s largest cheesecake! (Not all his food stories are quite so glamorous though – let’s just say no Yorkshire puddings are safe when Dave’s around… not his finest moment!)
