Born on The Fairways Estate (see ABOUT tab) Marc attended Pewithall Primary School & The Heath and now lives in Weston Village with his wife Lucy, their two daughters Ellie & Taylor, plus 3 dogs & 4 cats!

Prior to taking on this role, he has won many accolades as an executive head chef working in places such as De Vere Hotels, Forest Hills Hotel, Allerton Manor Golf Club, Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa and the Titanic Hotel. Dave is in the Guinness Book of Records for making the worlds biggest cheesecake, and often goes by the name of 'Cheesecake Dave' Marc & Dave have a 30 year working history that started at the then, prestigious De Vere Lord Daresbury Hotel in 1990 where Marc started as a hotel porter and Dave was a commis chef. Lets fast forward 35 years and this relationship continues to flourish as they now work together again at Runcorn Golf Club
